Looseed was founded by Shadrach Kim Pam, who ran the operations of an aesthetic clinic before building the systems Looseed now installs. Having lived the exact problem, leads leaking out of the bucket and bookings lost to slow follow-up, he built the automated qualification and booking infrastructure he wished he had.
That is why the work started where the need was sharpest, aesthetic clinics, and grew into Looseed Health. Looseed's systems come from operating the business, not just marketing it, and the same infrastructure now extends to any service business that lives or dies by its inbox.
